Tariffs for short term rentals, nightly price

The prices for all apartments depending, on the number of people staying and the apartment that you have selected: Budget or Premium (luxury).

The features and the rates are representative for each type of apartment: Budget starting at €30 / night and Premium starting at €40 / night. The difference between the two classes is given by the comfort detail (superior finishes) and by the equipment of each one of them: jacuzzi, sauna, LCD TV, home cinema, dishwasher etc.

Terms and conditions

  • No unauthorized additional overnight guests. No parties. Please respect neighbors;
  • Check-in after 2pm;
  • Check-out before 12 noon;
  • An extra €100 will be charged to the new customers, as a security deposit that will be paid back to the customer at his check out, after the landlord having checked the apartment's inventory;
  • All utilities/ bills included in the rental price for 60 days (prices/ tariffs include all expenses). If the rental exceeds 60 days, the renter is responsible for the utilities;
  • Transport from the airport (€15 one race) or the railway station to your apartment. Please let me know the time, the date and the place of arrival (airport or train station);
  • Mandatory cleaning fee of €30 for every booking .
