Price/ tariff for rent short term (short period rental), rate/ night/ persons

We have 2 types of tariffs, depending on the flat that you selected and negotiable for more nights of accommodation
1) The standard tariffs, prices per night for 2 or more nights accommodation for apartments: studio 3, ap.4 and ap.5 starts from €45. For extra people: €15 / night after the first guest
- 1 person €45/ night
- 2 persons €60/ night ( €30/ night/ person)
- 3 persons €75/ night ( €25/ night/ person)
- 4 persons €90/ night ( €22.5/ night/ person)
- 5 persons €105/ night (€21 / night/ person)
- 6 persons €120/ night (€20/ night/ person)
- 7 persons €135/ night (€19.3/ night/ person)
- €80 / night for one or two persons
- €100 / night for group of people ( minimum 3 persons )
2) The luxury tariffs, prices per night for 2 or more nights accommodation for apartments: flat 1, ap.2 and penthouse 6 with jacuzzi and sauna starts from €55. For extra people: €25 / night after the first guest
- 1 person €55/ night
- 2 persons €80/ night ( €40/ night/ person)
- 3 persons €105/ night (€35/ night/ person)
- 4 persons €130/ night (€32.5/ night/ person)
- 5 persons €155/ night (€31/ night/ person)
- 6 persons €180/ night (€30/ night/ person)
- 7 persons €205/ night (€29.3/ night/ person)
- 8 persons €230/ night (€28.7/ night/ person)
For only one accommodation night:
- €100 /night for one or two persons
- €150 / night for group of people ( minimum 3 persons )

Terms and conditions
- No unauthorized additional overnight guests. No parties. Please respect neighbors.
- Upon request, we will provide transportation from the airport or the railway station to holiday apartments, transport from the airport is included.
- Check-in after 2pm
- Check-out before 12 noon
- An extra €100 will be charged to the new customers, as a security deposit that will be paid back to the customer at his check out, after the landlord having checked the apartment 's inventory.
- All utilities/ bills included in rental price for 60 days ( prices/ tariffs includes all expenses). If rental longer than 60 days, the renter is responsible for the utilities.
- Property manager on call 24hrs a day
- Mandatory cleaning fee of €20 for every booking
