How do you make a rental contract for long term, long period or long time:

The rent will be paid in advance for 3 months, one month representing the guarantee (deposit), then the rent will be paid monthly from the very next month and at the end of the contract the last month rent will be covered from the prepayment made at the beginning. The guarantee (deposit) will be paid back to the accommodate at his check out, after the landlord has checked the apartments/ flat 's inventory and maintenance.

Depending on the renting period of time, on the anticipated payment (6 months-1 year), on the number of accommodates and on the requested apartment/ flat type, the rent lies between 1000/2000 euro/months, all included, from which 800-1800 euro represents the monthly rent, and 200 euro the apartments/ flat 's monthly expenses/fees (electricity, UPC cable TV, telephone, internet, maintenance expenses). Everything is negotiable depending on the number of prepaid months. If the customer requests the full package of TV channels from the local supplier UPC, an extra 10 euro/month will be charged to the monthly expenses. During summer months, June, July, August an extra 50 euro/month is charged for using the air conditioning system. (It is not compulsory to use the air conditioning during this period.)

Also on customer's request the landlord can provide the apartment 's full maid service, changing the bed linen and towels as well.

How do you make a rental contract for long term/ period/ time:

• You have to sign a complete detailed inventory, so called "anexa 1" to the rental contract ( 2 copies );
• You have to sign a rental contract for long term;
• You have to provide a copy of the passport or identity card.

For intervals between 2 days - 6 months this prices/ tariffs applies.
