Payment per day ( negotiable ) - short term lets for rent

1) Tariffs for short term/ period for rent, for 1 accommodate ( single ) for studio 3, apartments 4 and 5 :

For minimum 2 accommodation days, for 2 ( double ), 3 or more people an extra 10 €/ night/ person is charged.

For example: for 3 accommodates/ persons, 10 booked days/ nights, the price will be 40 €/ night ( for the first accommodate ) + 10 €/ night ( for the second accommodate ) + 10 €/ night ( for the third accommodate ). That makes 60 €/ night - 3 accommodates/ persons - all included, that is 600 €/ 10 night.

2) Special tariffs for 1 accommodate ( low rates per night ) for short let accommodation, for apartment/ flat 1, 2 and  6 :

Tariffs/ prices ( euros/ night ) for all apartments, flats or studios depending on the number of apartment requested and the number of people (negotiable)

• Offers: only on customer's request, we can provide auxiliary services such as business guide or travel guide, translator guide, company guide with or without car (negotiable).
• Also on customer's request the landlord can provide the apartment 's full maid service, changing the bed linen and towels as well ( general cleaning costs 30 € ). After 7 days, the general cleaning is free.
• An extra 100 € will be charged to the new customers, as a guarantee for the main entrance coded key and the apartment 's inventory. It will be paid back to the customer at his check out, after the landlord having checked the apartment 's inventory and maintenance.
• All utilities/ bills included in rental price ( Prices/ tariffs includes all expenses )
• Property manager on call 24hrs a day
